Breakfast (11am): Coffee with 40 grams heavy cream, 8 drops EZ-Sweetz and 7 drops almond extract

Lunch: Can of green beans mixed with a cut up cucumber, 1.62 oz sour cream, dill, garlic powder and pepper

Snack (5:15pm): 4 oz baked ham (lean only eaten).
